Color Block Heart Cookies

Love comes in all colors and these Color Block Heart Cookies are a great way to show it! Use a variety of sprinkles to easily decorate these heart cookies. These heart cookies would also be a great project for kids to do with their parents or friends!

  1. Bake cookies. Prepare cookie dough following recipe instructions. Roll dough to 1/8 in. thickness. Using heart cutter, cut out hearts. Bake and cool.
  2. Prepare icing. Prepare icing following recipe instructions. Prepare decorating bag with tip 8 and icing. Pipe icing on cookie, using spatula to spread and smooth icing.
  3. Decorate cookies. Using assorted sprinkles and nonpareils, decorate cookies, dividing cookies into thirds.
