Classic Turtle Cheesecake

Save a piece for yourself, as this one goes fast! Learn to make this classic cheesecake dessert, topped with drizzles of fudge and caramel, and sprinkled with pecans. Turtle cheesecake is a hands-down favorite with everyone! Great for birthday celebrations and fancy enough for holidays!

  1. Preheat oven to 325° F.
  2. In small bowl, stir together cookie crumbs and butter. Press mixture into bottom of 9 in. springform pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until fragrant. Remove from oven; Cool completely on cooling grid.
  3. Reduce heat to 300°F.
  4. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy, scraping bottom and sides of bowl often. Add eggs one at a time, beating on low speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. Add cream, flour and vanilla and mix until well combined. Pour filling into cooled crust.
  5. Bake 70-80 minutes or until center of cheesecake jiggles only slightly when shaken. Cool completely on cooling rack.
  6. Drizzle top of cheesecake with hot fudge and caramel and sprinkle with pecans.
