

Chocolate Filled Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
10 tablespoons hot cocoa mix
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 package hot roll mix
1/3 cup Dark Cocoa Candy Melts

- Place paper bakeware on cookie pan.
- To prepare filling, stir together butter, hot cocoa mix and flour in medium bowl. Set aside.
- Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 20 in. x 12 in. rectangle. With spatula, spread filling evenly across the dough. Starting with 20 in. side, begin rolling the dough tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut log into 12 pieces.
- Place one roll, cut side down, into each piece of paper bakeware. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and a cloth towel; set aside in a warm place and allow to rise 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove towel and plastic wrap. Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on cooling grid 10 minutes.
- In small bowl, melt dark cocoa Candy Melts candy according to package directions. Drizzle over rolls; serve warm.
