Cheesy Muffin Tin Potato Tots

It's never too early to start prepping for game day, and these Muffin Tin Potato Tots are just as good for breakfast as they are for game day snacking! Packed with cheese, green onions and delicious garlic and onion flavors, these potato appetizers are also served with two tasty dipping sauces. Bake these little mini tots in the Mega Mini Muffin Pan to create a whole bunch of bite-sized snacks at once!

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (20 ounces each) refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika
  • ranch dressing
  • ketchup
  • Bake-Easy Non-Stick Spray, 6 oz.
