Prepare small oval pan with vegetable pan spray. - In medium saucepan, cook bacon on medium low until crispy; about 12 minutes. Transfer bacon to paper towel lined plate to drain. - In large bowl, combine green beans, red pepper strips, balsamic dressing, salt and pepper. Transfer to prepared pan. - Bake 8-10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Remove from oven; top with bacon. Serve warm.
