  • 4 1/2 cups Favorite cupcake recipe or mix

  • 4.5 lb. Ready-To-Use White Decorator Icing - 1 lb. Can

  • Color Right Performance Food Coloring Set

  • Tools

  • White Cupcake Liners, 75-Count

  • Standard muffin pan

  • 12 in. Disposable Decorating Bags

  • 3 used Extra Large Drop Flower Tip 1G

  1. Bake and cool cupcakes.
  2. Prepare icing. Tint icing following QuickCount formulas below. Prepare 3 disposable decorating bags with tip 1G and fill with orange, yellow and teal icing.

    Use Color Right base colors and QuickCount color formulas to tint batter in the following shades:

    • Pastel Orange: 2 cups white icing + 2Y + 1C
    • Autumn Golden Yellow: 2 cups white icing +8Y + 3O
    • Summer Teal: 2 cups white icing + 6B + 1 Y
  3. Decorate cupcakes. For pastel orange flower cupcake, pipe c motion scrolls from the outside edge in towards the center. Repeat around the top of the cupcake.
  4. For teal swirl drop flower cupcake, pipe swirl drop flowers covering top of cupcake.
  5. For teal drop flower cupcake, pipe stars to cover top of cupcake. Pipe a final drop flower on top of the stars in the center.
  6. For teal circle with star cupcake, pipe a circle around edge to cupcake. Pipe a star in center.
  7. For pastel orange shells cupcake, pipe 4 evenly spaced shells from the outer edge of the cupcake to the center. Pipe a star in the center.
  8. For golden orange flower cupcake, pipe a zigzag circle around cupcake top.
  9. For golden yellow shell cupcake, pipe a ring of shells that lean slightly out around the edge of the cupcake. Pipe a star in the center.
