1 DAY IN ADVANCE
Bake and cool 8 in. round cake and 12 cupcakes. Cake is, 5 in. high (two layers, 2 1/2 in. high). Place cake on foil-wrapped cake circle.
Prepare buttercream icing following recipe directions. Tint portion leaf green. Reserve remaining white icing. Use spatula and green icing to ice cupcakes smooth. Prepare and cover cake with white rolled fondant .
DAY OF CELEBRATION
Position figures Wrap cupcakes with white pearl fence cupcake wraps. Position chicks on cupcakes and horse, pig and lamb on cake.
