Pumpkin and Ghost Halloween Mini Cakes are perfect for bringing along to a Halloween party or passing out at home to friends and family this fall! Bake cakes. Prepare batter following recipe directions. Bake and cool cakes completely. Remove from pan. Can also use brownie mix or recipe.
Tint frosting and prepare decorating bags. Divide frosting into ½ cups each and tint rose, blue, yellow, orange and black. Separately place rose, blue, yellow and orange frostings in decorating bags with tip 8. Place ¼ cup black icing in a decorating bag with tip 3.
Decorate cakes. Use colored frostings and tip 8 to pipe frosting on halloween mini cakes. Smooth with spatula. Use black icing and tip 3 to pipe facial features. Smooth with spatula.
