Eye don’t know about you, but these Halloween cupcakes are really something to see! When the spooky time of the year arrives, rolling out these Mini Eyeball Cupcakes at a Halloween party or even for handing out to trick-r-treaters, will get you lots of looks and be gone in the blink of an eye!

  1. Make cupcakes. Prepare the batter according to recipe directions. Place liners in the mini muffin pan and then slowly add batter into the individual mini muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven to 350 degrees or recipe specifications. When done, remove from the oven, then from the pan and then let them cool completely on a cooling grid.
  2. Tint icing and prepare bags. Divide icing and tint 1 cup each orange, pink, mint, teal and blue.

    Combine Orange with a touch of Brown for orange shown.

    Combine Rose with a touch of Red-Red food coloring and Black for the pink shown.

    Combine Kelly Green with a touch of Sky Blue for mint shown.

    Combine Sky Blue with a touch of Golden Yellow and Black for teal shown.

    Combine Royal Blue and Violet for blue shown.

    Place the tinted icings in separate decorating bags fitted with tip 2A.

  3. Decorate cupcakes. Use tip 2A and tinted icings to pipe swirls on the center of cupcakes.
  4. Add candy eyeballs. Affix the candy eyeballs to complete this project.
