Make doughnuts. Bake and cool doughnuts according to the Baked Cake Doughnuts recipe.
Tint candy. Melt 9 oz. Bright White Candy Melts Candy according to package instructions. Reserve 5 oz. white candy. Tint 2 oz. candy using yellow candy color. Tint 2 oz. of candy using pink and orange candy colors to make peach.
Make bunny butts. Place tinted candy in separate parchment bags, cut tips. Fill in tails and pads on feet of mold with candy. Chill until firm, 5-10 minutes.
Place white candy reserve in decorating bag; cut tip. Fill in bunny mold; chill until firm, 15-20 minutes.
Decorate doughnuts. Prepare confectioners’ sugar glaze according to recipe. Tint half of glaze with one drop of yellow candy color. Place in decorating bag. Tint the other half of glaze with one drop pink and one drop orange for peach color. Place in decorating bag. Cut tip of bags and pour glaze around the top of donut. Tap to smooth; sprinkle with nonpareils. Let glaze set about one hour. Place candy bunny on top.
